肇慶 

我媽咪嘅屋企喺肇慶，所以我由有記憶開始就去肇慶玩。雖然肇慶七星岩好出名，但是這都是對遊客而言。對於我們土生土長的半個當地人來說，這個最多就是一個巴士站名而已。我鐘意去的，是一個叫德慶蟠龍峽的地方。去年暑假，我就同幾個老表一齊揸車去了這裡玩漂流。 
蟠龍峽有好多條賽道，任君選擇。 那些膽小的或年長者，則多是選擇刺激程度較輕的浪漫逍遙遊，從飛鳳潭的下游至山下的金林水庫一路漂去，全程大概3公里，河道水流平緩。但對於我們這種亡命之徒，必然以體驗生死極速為目標。 
我們穿上防護頭盔和救生衣，乘上充氣雙人漂流皮艇，順流而下，河道時寬時窄，天然障礙物重重，險灘急流到處都有。好似大海中風浪行舟，一時躍在浪尖，一時插入水中，清涼的河水劈頭蓋臉而來。河道雖險，但沿途險段都有專人現場指導漂流者"過關斬將"，刺激非常！

體無原膚(tai2 mou4 jyun4 fu1) ~ to describe something being attacked, destroyed or criticized so seriously that you cannot recognize its original look. It seems like you cannot find any original skin on the body.
