Hi Al,
Thanks for your question.
You can exchange them when saying "Really?". But It may mean differently in different contexts. As there are many possibilities, please feel free to write a comment with the sentences you've encountered if you still have any questions. 😉

What's the difference between zan1 hai6 and hai6 me1?
Hi Cris,
Thanks for leaving us a question! Yes, apart from the meaning of "Please", 唔該 (m4 goi1) also means "Thank you". 😉
Here you can find more details about "唔該". 😉👍

正!
Hello Lalla,
對唔住(deoi3 m4 zyu6) and 對不起(deoi3 bat1 hei2) both of them mean "sorry, excuse me."
對唔住(deoi3 m4 zyu6) sounds more colloquial and 對不起(deoi3 bat1 hei2) is more formal and written form.

I don't understand why there are different versions of phrases in different places on this site and in other language tutorials , for example you have "deoi m zyu" here for "I'm sorry", but elsewhere on the site you have "deoi bat hei". Forgive me if I am not seeing something obvious!!
